Satish Ninasam, Sonia Gowda
Satish Neenasam is one actor who also shares the ?same name? in most of his movies. Be it Manasare or Drama he is Satisha in the movie as well. This is also an addition to that.
Kwatle Satisha is a remake of Tamil superhit movie Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom with Sathish Ninasam and Sonia Gowda in the lead roles. After debuting as a ?solo? hero in Lucia, Satish starred in Anjada Gandu which was a remake of a Tamil hit movie Manam Kothi Paravai.
Though Anjada Gandu did not bring commercial success to Satish, he got away with the title Abhinaya Chathura (master of acting) from his fans and was successful in impressing the critics. Co-incidentally, director of the movie Mahesh Rao also has directed remakes movie in past. ?Bhadra? was a remake of Telugu hit ?Rannam? and his latest BO release ?Endendu Ninagaagi? is also a remake of Tamil super hit ?Engeyum Eppothum?.
Coming to the plot, Satish Neenasam and his three friends have a joyful life. Satish manages to propose a girl and convinces her family for the marriage. Just two days before the marriage, the four friends go out to play cricket and Satish falls down and gets injured in his head. Though there are no external injuries he loses his memory. Thereafter, the hero just remembers one thing that is how he fell down while catching the ball. His friend?s, who do not want the marriage to be halted for this reason, attempts to bring him back to normalcy fails.
The doctor tells them that he can get his memory anytime. Hoping for his recovery, his close friends decide to somehow manage to get Satisha married while keeping his present state of his mind as a big secret. Post interval the movie is all about the reception and marriage ceremonies and how his friends trick Satish for marriage. Satish is under the belief that he does not know the girl at all. Will Satish be able to get back his memory? Does he remember that she is actually the love of his life? Well you should watch the movie to know that!
Satish has done a brilliant job as a man who forgets his past. Few scenes like cricket match seem so much like a real. The timing of the comedy is also greatly appreciable. Apart from Satish, Chikkanna, Anand and Suri who play his friends also perform well. Others in the cast including the heroine Sonia Gowda who made her solo debut with the movie has provided justice to the role she plays. Achyuth Kumar is just perfect as usual, though he has a small role in the movie. H C Venu?s cinematography is appreciable and Harikrishna's soothing songs doesn?t bore at any place. Over all, ?Kwatle Satisha? is a one-time watch with family as well as friends, but definitely a laughter riot!
