Shivaraj Kumar and Raghava Loki have come together for the second time with Lakshmi, produced by Bharani Minerals.
The film is set for release on the Sankranthi festival eve. The censor board suggested some changes which are being incorporated into the movie now. It will be again presented to censors for the final clearance of U/A certificate for the film.
There is a great level of expectancy around the film. Director Raghava Loki, the film`s hero Shivaraj Kumar and the film`s heroine Priyamani who attended a press conference said that the film has shaped up in such a way that it is sure to meet the expectations of the fans.
"The film has an impressive script. It is made with rich production values. It has a stylish presentation. The audience will definitely lap up the film", said Shivaraj Kumar who plays the CBI officer Lakshmi Narayan in the film.
Raghav Loki said that it was Century Star who suggested the title and also gave a brief story line which was developed later. "The film does not lack the natural feel. The movie is quite different and the film`s CG work will be a major attraction for the viewers.
"Many action sequences including the popular song `Come Come Kamanna…` involves CG work. The film tells the journey of a CBI investigative officer and his family life, with an emotional angle with a tinge of patriotism", said Raghava Loki.
Shivaraj Kumar said that the delay in release was solely because of the technical work involved. Loki does not compromise in his work", said Shivaraj Kumar.
Priyamani said she plays Priya, a house wife, who takes risks to protect the country. "The film has lot of twists and turns. People will like it", said Priyamani.
