Ever since Sukumar and Mahesh Babu decided to part ways due to creative differences, there has been much noise in the media over the project's failure to take shape. The same script is believed to have gone to Allu Arjun now. A lot has been written as to who is right and wrong.
One fails to understand why all this fuss as if it's the first such instance. It is quite common in the film industry for projects to change hands. Star directors move from one hero to another. Even legendary movies like Lagaan saw this happening.
Different folks are blaming Mahesh or Sukumar as per their whims and fancies. However, neither of them is the culprit. There is no villain in the game. Both of them are right from their perspective.
Mahesh Babu felt that something was not to his liking about the script. Maybe, he felt he is not the best one to do it. So, he sought changes from Sukumar. Since the Rangasthalam director has immense conviction in his script, he didn't budge. Here arose creative differences.
Sukumar has done the right thing by going with another star. Conviction is the key here. Mahesh, on the other hand, wanted a bounded script which Sukumar failed to provide.
We have seen such instances in the past even in Tollywood. Pokiri was meant for Pawan Kalyan. Pataas was meant for Rana Daggubati. Koratala Siva was supposed to do a film with Ram Charan but they chose to part ways amicably.
So, the media making it all about Bunny Vs Mahesh Babu is not correct.
