Are remakes of classics good for Bollywood?

Two recent remakes haven't gone down well fans of the original (read Himmatwala and Chashme Buddoor). Should Bollywood refrain from such attempts? Should there be a panel to monitor such attempts?

And which films do you believe should never be remade?

Tell us right here!

100 years India Cinema, please use all the state actor and actress, because indian cinema is including Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood, Malalayalam, bengali, kanada etc.... but you showcased only bollywood news and images.. bad special coverage
