Should SRK be punished for his curiosity

Shah Rukh Khan is back in the midst of controversy. This time he's in trouble for finding out the sex of his unborn child.

The actor and his wife Gauri are having their third child through surrogacy and, reportedly, Shah Rukh conducted a sex determination test to find out the baby is a boy.

We understand how curious SRK can be, but knowing that determining the sex of an unborn child is illegal in India, should he have indulged his whim?

Should Shah Rukh be punished? Or can we write it off as stupidity?

i feel we should not waste time on these small issues when the country is burning with various issues like 2g,spectru,,coalgate and corruption everywhere. now we should try to build up our country unitedly instead of concentrating on individual personal issues. sharuk might have seen but it is purely his personal and becuase of this he is not going to spoil others. sundar

Yes, if he has done anything against rule, then he should be punished. But only capital punishment would not do any harm to him, as he has abundant capital, which he can happily dispose off.

No shahrukh should not be punished on the basis of a news report of him allegedly being on the wrong side of this law called as the PC and PNDT act .
On the contrary , instead of hounding shahrukh , this should be taken as a oppurtunity by the IRIA ( Indian Radilogical and Imaging Association ) to highlight in the media and amongst the general public in the way that this law has been put into practice in this country resulting in untold miseries it has caused to the humble unsung sonologist (a doctor by profession ) . Since shahrukh is a celebrity , the topic has evinced interest in the media and amongst the public and therefore it is time that the story from the perspective of the sonologists should also be brought into focus in the media and amongst the general public

Yes he should be punished, being a celebrity and doing all kind of ads for awakening public he should not have done this. Atleast now he should set an example by undergoing the punishment
