Dear Jaspal Bhatti saab is a great satirist who touched common man's lives through his sitcoms. Myself and my wife are great fans of Bhatti saab. His accidental demise has left a gaping vacuum which cannot be easily filled by anyone. We pray to Vaahe Guru May His Soul Rest in Peace. We also pray that his family gains enough strength to bear this irreparable loss.

Hats off to Bhatti, the first opponent to corruption and other social evils in the society long before Kejriwal's India Against Corruption has seen the light of day. His opposition through humour and satire was often more effective in reaching the sentiments of all Indians than all the aimles angry opposition that we see everywhere today.

I will miss you a lot. May your soul rest in peace. You were the first person on TV, who made us all laugh with your intelligent satirical humor. My condolences to your equally talented wife. RIP.

Mr J Bhatti touched many peoples' hearts at a time when humor was "in a short supply". His face on TV (much before opening up of the media as it is today) was always a welcome thing.

May his soul rest in peace and the Almighty give strength to his near and dear ones to bear the untimely loss.
