Mohanlal and Ranjith to bury the hatchet?

Now, rumours are fast spreading that director Ranjith and superstar Mohanlal have finally met and become friends once again.

The two have come together in the past to make some spectacular films but things have not been going really nice between the two, for some time now.

If the grapevine is to be believed, the two had major differences during the making of Rock N’ Roll, the film which eventually turned out to be a dud.

Ranjith, who has written some blockbusters like Devasuram, Narasimham and Araam Thampuraan and directed a few films as well with Mohanlal as the hero, will soon start working on a new project with the superstar in the lead. In fact,

Ranjith has been credited with the creation of several larger than life characters for the hero.

This has in fact been criticized by many after Mohanlal started doing characters with such shades only, after a while.
