It was raining films in Malayalam especially during the first half of 2013 and the year saw 158 new Malayalam releases. But there have been only one release in the past two weeks in 2014 and even now, Mollywood seems to be taking a wait and watch game. The reason is the satellite rights crisis, which has affected the industry that badly depends mainly on the revenue.
