Who doesn't love the story of the underdog? This dramatic image of someone who joined the race last, who isn’t expected to win but finishes against all odds after taking a long break of almost a year.
Nayanthara has made a fantastic comeback to Kollywood after a one year hibernation. She is currently shooting for Ajith’s untitled Vishnuvardhan film, Aitlee's Raja Rani and may sign one more biggie soon.
Remember that Nayanthara signed Ghajini, six years back after being told that there was one more heroine who appears only in the flashback! But when this AR Murugadoss directed flick was complete, the naive girl did realize that the entire story unfolded in flashback and she was reduced to a minuscule role.
That must be the time when Nayanthara started learning the ropes of the game and it has been an eventful journey for the gutsy beauty. Her grit, gumption and determination have helped her bounce back to mainstream cinema.
Now the wheel has come a full circle. She is doing AR Murgadoss produced Raja Rani for an unheard of whopping amount. And she has powerful role, a triangular love story where the heroes Arya and Jai are trying to woo her.
It seems Nayan is very happy with the way the script of the film has shaped. She is there in almost every frame of this romantic film for which she is giving bulk dates.
Suddenly news of her closeness to hero Arya is doing the rounds and media is working overtime stating that he is recommending Nayan in his films. Says a source in Fox Star Studios: “No production house or studio signs up its lead actors on recommendations. They are roped in looking at the script, star status and their market viability.”
