Nayanthara’s next big release of 2017 Dora is getting ready for release. Recently the actress completed dubbing and director Doss Ramasamy is all praise for Nayan, his lead actor and Lady Superstar of the industry.

Speaking to sify.com, Doss Ramasamy said: “When we started the shoot of Dora, I was a bit scared, as she is a top actress while I am a new director. But today I can proudly say that if not for her riveting persona and commitment, Dora would not be the way it is shaping out (smiles). She is so dedicated and involved in all department of film making and gives her best and thereby motivating others in the team”

Doss says that Nayan completed her dubbing for the film in which she plays the protagonist in a single day.  “In one day, she finished dubbing for the film, which was a big surprise to me. Dora is a fantasy crime thriller with horror elements and we had shot for almost 60 days and that too in the nights. Nayanthara has a new look as Pavalakodi, a middle class girl who is extremely close to her dad played by Thambi Ramaih”.

The buzz is that the car in the film plays an important role and is said to be the pei (ghost). The post production and CG work for the film is in full swing and it will be ready by end of January, quips Doss. He adds that among many factors it is the chemistry and comedy between Nayanthara and Thambi Ramaih which will be a major highlight.
