Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson is reportedly set to star in a Malaysian movie.
According to Kosmo!, producer Datuk Dr Che Rozmey Che Din said talks are on between production company dR Movie Production and an agent for Anderson, 43.
"We are currently finalising the contract with Anderson's agent," the Star Online quoted him as saying.
Che Rozmey said the movie has yet to be named but the story would revolve around a foreign woman stranded on an island.
He said Anderson is the company's top choice and they are doing their best to get the actress to star in the movie, as her involvement in the project could help promote and market the film internationally.
"She is a big name in the movie industry and her popularity will be an asset to us," he added.
