Pooja`s item number in Director`s Special

Actress Pooja Gandhi will soon be seen in an item number in director Guru Prasad`s Director`s Special.

However, Guru Prasad calls it is a special song, while Pooja Gandhi says that since the song is important for the flow of the film, she agreed to do it. Pooja Gandhi`s special number in the recently released film Dandupalya was much appreciated. In this film Pooja Gandhi plays a negative role.

Pooja Gandhi had earlier refused offers to be part of item numbers, but she agreed to this number after Guru Prasad convinced her that the song will be aesthetically shot and will boost her image. 

Despite repeated inquiries, Guru Prasad and Pooja Gandhi chose to remain silent over the song. The song will be a major attraction for the film which has is said to be based on the film industry. 

Incidentally, actress Raagini is also reported to have agreed to do an item number in Shivaraj Kumar, Priyamani starrer Lakshmi which will be shot in Hyderabad.
