The new film of Prabhas under the direction of SS Rajamouli is on the cards. The film unit disclosed the details pertaining to the movie at a media meet held at Cinemax, Hyderabad. Arka Media banner is making this film.

K. Raghavendra Rao, Prabhas, Rajamouli, Viswa, Devineni Prasad, Sobhu Yarlagadda, Keeravani, Krishna Mohan and others took part in the briefing.

Rajamouli said: "I have become a part and parcel of the concerns of Raghavendra Rao, with whom I traveled a long distance, doing ad films, commercials and TV serials and my debut film. I am doing this film with Prabhas after Chatrapathi. After Maghadeera, I wanted to do a small budget film and I did it. Now, I am doing Eega. Coming to my venture with Prabhas, people think that the movie would dangle on the subject of Viswamitra. But, I do not have any such plans.

"I will reveal the details of the story shortly. It may be either mythological or socio-fantasy or a complete family drama. Or else it might be a mix of all the three elements. I might take one year for completing this project, in both Telugu and Tamil. As usual, a lot of importance will be given to the visual effects. The budget might supersede that of Maghadeera."

Prabhas said: "Raghavendra Rao is a good friend of my father and he also gave a stupendous hit for my uncle (Krishnam Raju) through Bobbili Brahmanana. I am happy that now I am doing a film under his banner. The story was narrated to me two years ago. I am taking this project with a special feeling. The theme is this: If you don`t have a trouser and shirt and a sword, you will have an axe."

MM Keeravani, who scores the music for the venture, said: "Nothing great can be achieved without making great efforts. I hope our combination will once again make a swirling hit. I haven`t heard the story as yet."

The crew included: Art – Ravinder; Music – Keeravani; Stunts – Peter Haynes; Styling – Rama Rajamouli; Graphics – Muktha; screenplay and direction – SS Rajamouli.
