Kerala Cafe, a collection of short films by ten directors as diverse as Shaji Kailas, Shyamaprasad and Revathy, brings together diverse styles, genres and talent from the Malayalam film industry. All the films centre around the theme of the Yatra, and the film ends with the protagonists meeting at a cafeteria called Kerala Cafe.
The film is the brainchild of director Ranjith, who has penned cult films like Devasuram and Nandanam and won accolades for his directorial ventures like Raavanaparabhu, Kayyoppu and Thirakkadha.
We take a closer look at the ten directors who are part of this unique venture, and the films they shot for Kerala's version of Paris Je T'aime.
