Priyanka Chopra's grandfather dies

Priyanka Chopra's maternal grandfather Manohar Kishan Akhouri died of brain haemorrhage on Wednesday, the actress tweeted on Thursday.

"Lost my nana... I'm so far away from home… feeling a bit lost… Will not be around a while. Nana... I love u," Priyanka posted on her Twitter account.

A veteran Congress worker, Akhbouri, 84, died in a hospital in Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and was cremated on Thursday. He was the district Congress president.
