Rajendran started his career as a stunt artist and later entered the limelight with Bala's Naan Kadavul where he played the cruel villain.
After Naan Kadavul, Rajendran tried his hand in comedy which worked out big time in films like Boss Engira Baskaran, Raja Rani and his combination scenes with Santhanam were received well among young audiences and kids.
Also, Rajendran's brief role in GV Prakash's Darling where he played the 'Ghost Gopal Varma' is one of the major reasons for the film's success and even the the latest Ivanukku Thanila Gandam is holding at the box office because Rajendran has been projected as the film's hero and to their luck, scenes featuring him are getting good response.
Now we hear that team Masss waited for Rajendran's call sheet and they have recently shot some comic scenes featuring both Suriya and Rajendran.
Sources say that Rajendran's introduction in Masss is special and his portions will be one of the highlights of the film.
