Rajinikanth: My political entry is the need of the hour. My party will contest in all the 234 constituencies

The long suspense over whether Rajinikanth would enter politics finally ended today, with the superstar making the announcement amid frenzied cheers of hundreds of supporters at the fans meet in Chennai. Superstar said: “I assure that my political entry will happen for sure. We don’t have much time for local body elections but my party will contest in all the 234 constituencies”. 

Regarding the Parliament elections, Rajinikanth said he will soon announce his stand. “I need soldiers instead of followers, they should help me to move forward from people who stop us from achieving our goals”, added Rajini.

The sixty-eight-year-old actor aid “I’m not coming to politics for money and power, the people of Tamilnadu have given everything to me. The political situation in Tamil Nadu has become pathetic. If I had political ambitions, would’ve entered in 1996 (hints his famous voice against Jayalalithaa).People from other states are laughing at us on seeing the recent political happenings in Tamil Nadu. Our system should be change, my political entry is the need of the hour”.

Rajinikanth said that his intention is to make a spiritual and secular Government. Superstar asked his fans to ensure that they form fans club in each and every street across Tamil Nadu and unite it under one umbrella.  “I know politics is not easy like cinema. It’s like diving into the deep sea for pearls”, said Rajinikanth.

“Let’s go to the people with a list of promises. If we fail to deliver, let’s resign in three years”, added Rajinikanth. “Let’s not criticize other political parties and politicians until assembly elections. Ignore people who are there to only send out statements”, said Superstar and once again assured his political entry.
