A financier named Bodra has filed a petition  in Chennai High Court stating that Kasthoori Raja, father of Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush had borrowed RS 65 lakhs but till now he hasn’t repaid the amount.

The financier alleged that he had given the amount because Kastoori Raja referred Superstar Rajinikanth’s name. Question raised by Bodra is that Rajinkanth had filed a case against a filmmaker who used his name for a movie (Main Hoon Rajinkanth) but he is not objecting Kastoori Raja who had apparently misused his name to borrow money.

Bodra also alleged that as a team both Rajini and Kastoori raja are cheating him. Responding to the petition, Rajinikanth submitted a counter-affidavit in which he has said that the petitioner’s intention is to tarnish his reputation and such baseless allegations causing him mental agony.

Rajinikanth has also asked the court to reject Bodra’s petition and impose him heavy cost.
