Richa signs up for 'Biriyani'

The two film old Richa Gangopadhyay has signed up to join Venkat Prabhu’s Biriyani feast. She will play Karthi’s heroine in this “masala and spicy comedy laced with suspense”.

Venkat Prabhu had initially signed up Samantha who later opted out due to health reasons. Then there was talk that he is trying to rope in Ileana and Parineeta Chopra, who did not want to come down to south.

Richa has confirmed that she is part of Venkat Prabhu’s project. The director has tweeted that he will reveal his star cast officially next week.
