SA Chandrasekhar: A section feels insecure about Vijay’s political entry

Vijay’s dad and popular director SA Chandrasekhar has said that a section of politicos feel insecure whether Vijay would enter into politics. “If an actor who reached heights with the help of people decides to enter politics for the betterment of the same people, there is nothing wrong in it. As a Tamilian, I would like to see Vijay enter into politics and do good for the people”, said SA Chandrasekar.

Though Vijay hasn’t confirmed his political entry, the actor has been strengthening his fan base across Tamil Nadu and he is also criticizing recent political happenings in his films. In Mersal, the actor spoke about the GST and demonetization woes. There is also a buzz that Vijay’s upcoming film Sarkar has strong political dialogues criticizing the recent shameful incidents happened in Tamil Nadu politics.

Vijay’s speech at the Sarkar audio launch also created a lot of debates in the political circle.
