Ganesh, Amoolya, Tara, Anantnag, Sadhu Kokila, Mandya Ramesh
After experimenting his luck with Auto Raja and Sakkare, Golden star Ganesh has finally managed to win the year with his latest flick Sharavani Subramanya.
The December luck has proven to be successful enough for the actor. Though the so called magical pair does not create the hyped magic onscreen, they manage to keep the audience glued to the seats with their performance. Director Manju Swaraj has done an admirable job and his efforts show off in the film.
Shravani chooses a wrong man as her partner and is saved by Subramanya. But Shravani?s family turns their back on her and now Subramanya has the responsibility rather burden to take care of her. Love blossoms between the lead pair as they start living together. Rest of the story can be predicted. For those who have seen Ganesh?s previous flick Sakkare, this story seems kind of similar, but with much better narration and screenplay.
Ganesh excels in his role and we get to see authentic acting of Ganesh. He has impressed not only his fans but others too and has got his old charm working. The magic of innocence in the character of Shravani played by Amoolya is the biggest crowd pulling spot.
Parul Yadav?s special number gains whistles and claps from the audience and she sizzles in the song composed by V.Harikrishna. This song with its composition and choreography, highlights the movie and gets the audience to the theatres gain and again. Though the story seems slow paced initially, Sadhu Kokila?s comedy fills up the boring gap. Anantnag and Tara have performed exceptionally and need the much deserved appreciation.
V.Harikrishna?s music composition had already become a sensation before the release and now we see that the composition absolutely suits the picturization. Producer KA Suresh has accomplished his mission of scoring a hattrick movie and is sure to gain the investment with profits. Manju Swaraj who had earlier directed a horror movie, has laid his hands on a love story filled with comedy and tears and has been successful and is someone to watch out for. Hit the theatres with no pre-notions and you?re sure to enjoy the Shravani Subramanya?s drama.
Verdict: A perfect weekend entertainer
