Shruti Haasan has dinner with PM

Close on the heels of her co-star Dhanush, Shruti Haasan had dinner with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

She was the special guest for the state dinner hosted by the Indian PM for his Mauratian counterpart Navin Ramgoolam.

Speaking to sify.com Shruti said: “ I’m honoured that so early in my life I had been invited for a state dinner. The dinner was held at the majestic Hyderabad House, in Delhi. I met up with Prime Minister of India, the delegates from Mauritius as well as their Prime Minister and his lovely wife.”

Shruti took time of her busy schedule to fly into Delhi for the state dinner. She is eagerly looking forward to the release of her forthcoming 3 with Dhanush which will release in March.
