After churning the box office with his films Bobbili Puli, Samarasimha Reddy, Narasimha Naidu and Lakshmi Narasimha, hero Nandamuri Balakrishna is now basking in the success of Simha, directed by Boyapati Seenu.

Being the baktha of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha, the actor launched his thanksgiving visit to the temples of Lord Lakshmi Narasimha in the state, including Yadagiri Gutta, Vedadri, Antharvedi, Simhachalam and Ahobilam. At all the places, the unit of Simha received thunderous applause from the audiences.

Wherever Balayya went, he started telling the people that because of the blessings of the Lord, his film Simha turned into an enigmatic success. His entourage included producer Kireeti and producer Boyapati Seenu.

Meanwhile, the leaders of the Telugu Desam observe that Balakrishna has political plans. Though he had not uttered politics during his tour, on a couple of occasions he chose to appease the party workers that he was ready to take up the cudgel of the party if required.

Latest, he changed the track, saying that he was not interested to don the mantle of the party’s presidency, but would extend the best of his support to the party, even on the active line. Even the party chief and Balayya’s brother-in-law Chandrababu Naidu said that the affair as to whether Balakrishna would take up the party’s leadership was more the personal deal of their family members.
