Tri-lingual super natural thriller Alone, starring Nikesha Patel of Namaste Madam fame, is being shot at a brisk phase at a bungalow-like set put up near Mangalore beach. The 40-day schedule of the film is almost culminating and major portion of the film is said to be shot inside the bungalow; the movie is also simultaneously being shot in all three languages (Kannada, Tamil and Telugu).

Director JKS of Shatru and Subramani fame is directing this thriller in three languages which is produced by Ananth and Ramalingaiah. Famous Kollywood actress Kamna Jethmalani, who has appeared in movies like Ugadi and Agraja is also appearing in a major role in the film. The actress has already finished her schedule and is now off to her hometown.

It was earlier announced that Mangalore-based actor Sunil Shetty will be making his Kannada debut with Alone, but now sources have it that the actor has been replaced by actress Simran. Makers are said to have considered Simran because of her connectivity factor with Tamil and Telugu audience.

The role that Sunil Shetty was supposed to play is that of a super cop, which the actor could not take up because of his tight schedule. The same role has now been offered to kollywood actress Simran, who has happily agreed to don the role. The role is said to be that of an investigative officer who risks her life to find out the super natural power existing in the bungalow and succeeds in it.

Actress Simran, who is planning her ‘big comeback’ in tinsel town, is apparently choosing the script very carefully. With the actress choosing Alone, we are sure that the makers have plenty of things to offer to the horror movie buffs!
