Sonu releases Pancharangi audio

Well known playback singer and actor Sonu Nigam was the star attraction at the audio release function of the Yogaraj Bhat directed film Pancharangi starring Dimpled star Diganth and Nidhi Subbaiah.

Sonu along with Kannada film industry's top star Puneet Raj Kumar released the audio. The other dignataries present at the function include Raghavendra Raj Kumar, well known writer-director Soori and Veteran actor Anant Nag who play a special role in the film.

The film's music director Mano Murthy, singers Chethan and Hemanth were also on the dias. Sonu is the most popular singer of Kannada films and has been occupying the numero uno position in the industry eversince his song `Anisuthide Yaako Eno` from the blockbuster film Mungaru Male topped the charts. He has been regularly singing a number of chart busters since then.

Sonu's songs have also played a crucial part in the success of many Kannada films in the past three years. Sonu has also rendered play back for the popular song `Udisuve Belakina Seereya` in Pancharangi which has already become a hit along with `Lifu Ishtene` sung by Chethan and others.

After releasing the audio, Sonu said that he has been lucky enough to be in the limelight in the Kannada film industry for a fairly longer time. "I think it is my luck and destiny which has made me so popular in this industry. I thank all my fans for encouraging me all these years. I have worked with many directors and music composers and found that there is a lot of passion for goodness in this industry. My positive vibrations have always doubled when I sing for Kannada films", said Sonu Nigam.

Pancharangi music director Mano Murthy said that the Pancharangi songs have fresh tunes, melody and lyrics compared to all his previous films. Lyricist Jayanth Kaikini who wrote `Udisuve Belakina Seereya` compared Yogaraj Bhat to Sachin Tendulkar while comparing himself to Rahul Dravid. Diganth said that his favourite song in the audio was `Udisuve Belakina Seereya`.
