Suda Suda

Debutant writer director Idhayan’s 'Suda Suda', is a terrible film which is meant more to titillate the audiences with it’s 'A' Certificate. It’s a rehash of the Hollywood thriller Hard Candy.

The basic story is about Vikram (Nalan) is middle – aged psychopathic guy who chats up with young girls online and charm them. The girls easily walk into his trap, but one day the roles are reversed and the hunter becomes the hunted.

The story allows the director to use the heady cocktail of sex and violence. There is a scene where guy sniffs all over a young girl’s body! Added to that there is plenty of gruesome scenes too.

The film may be bold and daring but is told in a tacky manner without any finesse and drags big time in the second half.
