Actor Suriya has successfully wrapped up the second schedule of his magnum opus action thriller film with director KV Anand. In the yet-untitled film, Suriya plays a high-rank IPS officer who heads the personal security department of India’s Prime Minister (Mohanlal).
Sources say that Suriya will be soon resuming the last schedule of Selvaraghavan's NGK which will be wrapped up by the end of October and then, he will be fully concentrating in KV Anand’s film.
Sources say that NGK will be hitting the screens on December 28, three days before New Year so that the film can run without much disturbance for two weeks before the other Pongal releases. In NGK, Suriya is said to be playing a rebel politician, the film also has Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi as the two female leads.
