Singer Taylor Swift has been named the most charitable celebrity of 2012.
The 23-year-old was awarded the honour by DoSomething.org, a non-profit organisation that aims to motivate young people to take action on social changes through national campaigns.
The organisation released its list of Top 20 Celebs Gone Good of 2012, and Swift topped the list after donating $4 million to the Country Hall of Fame museum, reports dailymail.co.uk.
She was also recognised for being the youngest recipient of the Ripple of Hope Award from the Robert F. Kennedy Center for her charity work.
Former Disney star Miley Cyrus followed as the number two 'celeb gone good'. She was recognised for her work with non-profit animal activist group Saving Spot! Rescue.
