Super Good Films, R.B.Chowdary is once again producing a film Thithikkudhe to promote his son Jeeva. Brinda Sarathy who was the associate dialogue writer of director Lingusamy is directing the film. The film is a youthful family entertainer with a story that is totally different from the run-of-the-mill love stories that are churned out these days.
Jeeva and Sridevi are childhood friends. Sridevi is a daughter of a wealthy government official (Devan) while Jeeva is the son of a poor widow. Sridevi leaves with her parents to another town even while she is very young and the friends never see each other for a very long time.
Jeeva loses his mother and a family friend (Nassar) later adopts him. Both of them live in different cities, but they crave to see each other. Sridevi finishes her studies abroad, and she starts writing a serial about her life, so that Jeeva reads it and may come to meet her. It is a beautiful love story with a twist in the climax.
Sruthika also plays a crucial role as a press reporter in the film. Lyrics are by Vairamuthu and music is by Vidyasagar.
