Trisha's latest summer Telugu biggie Teen Maar, where she is cast opposite Pawan Kalyan, released on April 14.
The previous day she had come to Chennai to vote in Tamil Nadu assembly elections.
She was very keen to see her Teen Maar, a remake of Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal along with her family and friends.
So she along with her grandmother, mother Uma Krishnan and a whole lot of Jing bang crowd consisting of friends like Priya Manikandan, went for the Matinee show at Sathyam Cinemas.
Trisha and her gang were very particular to watch the film with the public.
They had booked the entire back row and were seeing the film at screen Six Degrees, said to have the finest projection in India. They had blast watching Teen Maar.
Later Trisha speaking to sify.com said: "I am unlocking my fingers, I thank God for everything. It was a fantastic experience to watch my film with the audiences. The response that I'm getting for Teen Maar from Andhra is extraordinary. I loved doing the film with Pawan and Jayanth. The best part is everybody seems to be loving the film".
