Trisha signs Bodyguard in Telugu

Trisha has signed another Telugu film with top hero Venkatesh. It is the remake of the Malayalam hit Bodyguard, which was also made into Kaavalan in Tamil.

The same director Siddique who did it in Malayalam and Tamil is remaking it in Hindi as Bodyguard with Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

Trisha is doing the role done by Nayanthara and Asin, two of her most bitter rivals in Malayalam and Tamil. 

When contacted Trisha said: "I'am doing Bodyguard remake in Telugu opposite Venkatesh and the shoot will start on April 14. In the next couple of days I will be watching Bodyguard and Kaavalan on DVD to get the feel of it."
