Fresh waters are surely flowing in Sandalwood. It started with Simpallag Ondh Love Story, then came Lucia following which Jatta made its entry and it was just last Friday that Dyavre joined the list.

What is common among these movies is the feeling of freshness. Change is a constant and seems like few directors in Sandalwood have understood it in the right way.

Latest to join this list would be Ulidavaru Kandanthe movie, atleast we could predict that much from the trailer released. The trailer has just released three days ago and it’s spreading like an epidemic.

Rakshith Shetty who left a good impression on the audience through his performance in SOLS, has now taken up direction and is seen acting as well and seems like he is already winning the heart of the audience. The trailer of Ulidavaru Kandanthe was released in the presence power star Puneeth Rajkumar and the entire star cast of the movie in Triveni Theatre.

The trailer has hit the youtube and has already gained more than twenty six thousand likes. The trailer that goes on for more than 4 minutes, holds the audience through its narrative picturisation.

The trailer clearly shows that the story is set in the rural backdrop of Malpe, a town in the city of Mangalore. Coastal Karnataka is portrayed quite differently and the dialect used compliments the story.

Ajaneesh Lokanath seems to have worked hard on the background score, for it suits the situations as

seen in the trailer. Seems like another promising movie is on its way and we hopefully the movie does as well as its trailer.
