South Queen Trisha has what it takes to survive in showbiz- glamour and guts!
The actress was recently invited by UNICEF to their headquarters in New York. She regularly voices out her views against the crimes happening to young girl children in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Appreciating Trisha’s work in spreading awareness on sanitation in Tamil Nadu and measles vaccine in Kerala, UNICEF wanted to discuss and plan a lot of awareness activities featuring the actress in South India.
Trisha was also recently honored by North American Film Awards (NAFA) in New York and Toronto for her exemplary performance as Crystal in her debut Malayalam film Hey Jude. Malayalam and Kannada filmmakers are approaching the actress with a lot of interesting offers and Trisha will be giving her final nod to a few films which will be challenging and offers her scope to perform.
Trisha also has two important releases in Tamil including the feel-good romantic drama ’96’ featuring Vijay Sethupathi, the long pending Sathuranga Vettai 2 and Mohini which are likely to soon hit the screens. The actress is also busy with three Tamil films including 1818, Paramapadham Vilayattu and Garjanai.
