A couple from Arkansas got double lucky when they won the state lottery with two separate tickets bought the same day at the same store.
Stephen and Terri Weaver of Stuttgart, Arkansas, scooped more than 1 million dollars after buying two winning lottery tickets from the same convenience store in the space of a few hours, the New York Daily News reported.
The couple were on a fishing trip to Greers Ferry Lake when they bought their first ticket from T-Ricks in Pangburn.
They then stopped again at the same store, about 60 miles northeast of Little Rock, for another shot at the prize.
When it came to checking the stubs, they found their first purchase had netted them 1 million dollars and the second was worth 50,000 dollars.
The Arkansas Lottery Commission said that the Weavers claimed their money on Monday. (ANI)
