UTV Motion Pictures are on a roll after the mega success of their Hindi Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Tamil Theeya Velai Seyyanum Kumaru (TVSK).
Now UTV have announced their next Tamil film, Vikram Prabhu’s Ivan Vera Madhiri (IVM) to be co-produced with popular director Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers
IVM is written and directed by Saravanan of Engeyum Eppodhum fame and will star Vikram Prabhu and Surabhi in the lead along with Vamsi, Ganesh Venkatraman and Sharmili in a pivotal role. The music will be rendered by Sathya, whose TVSK music is topping the charts.
G Dhananjayan , Chief – South Business, Studios, Disney UTV said : “We are excited to continue our association with director N Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers, with whom we had a mutually beneficial association in the films Vettai and Vazhakku Enn 18/9 last year. Ivan Vera Madhiri is a romantic-action entertainer and will be the next release for Vikram Prabhu after his successful film Kumki and for writer-director M Saravanan. After the success of TVSK, IVM will be UTV’s next release and will be in both Tamil and Telugu languages".
The key technicians of IVM are - Director of Photography: Shakthi, Editor: Sreekar Prasad, Art Director: Vijay Murugan. IVM is currently under production and will be released in September 2013. The crew shot the film for over 100 days in various locations in Himalaya’s, Chennai city and Pondicherry.
