For the first time, ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi and Amala Paul are joining hands for a new film which will be directed by debutant Venkata Krishna Roghanth. In the film, Vijay Sethupathi plays a musician and he will also be seen romancing a foreigner in the film but the makers are yet to finalize the actress.
The film is set against the backdrop of Christmas and New Year and also deals with an important international issue. To be produced by Chandra Arts’ Esakki Durai, Mahesh Muthuswamy has been roped in to crank the camera for the film and Nivas K Prasanna is composing the music.
The first schedule of the yet-untitled film has commenced today in Palani and SP Jananathan, the guru of Venkata Krishna Roghanth shot the first scene.
