Shah Rukh Khan's latest 'Rahul' is 40 years old when he meets the love of his life, Meenamma (Deepika Padukone) on a train.
She's running late, he gives her a helping hand and - a la the unforgettable last scene from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge - the futures of the two are intertwined.
What Rahul doesn't expect, however, is being witness to a murder, being forcibly taken to a village somewhere in Tamil Nadu, and meeting his girl's father who is a don.
Too much to handle for a normal man perhaps, but Rahul takes it in his stride. His character eats action for breakfast, comedy for lunch and drama for dinner!
Shah Rukh and Deepika reunite after their Om Shanti Days in Chennai Express, and their chemistry is still fantastic.
And aside from some bad dubbing for Deepika (that's so not her voice and her Tamil accent sounds part Bengali... or is it Gujarati!), we like what we've seen so far.
So this Eid, come fall in love - Rohit Shetty shtyle!
