Over the last decade or so, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde has been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
Shinde on Thursday committed yet another faux pas in Lok Sabha by reading out twice a part of his statement on the recent terrorist attack in Srinagar.
Here's a look at the low points of this man from Maharashtra....
1. Total Blackout
When Shinde was Power Minister in 2012, India saw what was called the biggest power cut in the history of the world and it finally affected more than 600 million people.
Now instead of accepting something was wrong and fixing it, Shinde shot off his mouth and said that even countries like America and Brazil suffered power cuts!
