Small capsules like Ulta Pulta on Doordarshan in the 1980s, a TV serial called Flop Show and movies like Power Cut in 2012: Bhatti did it all.
This electrical engineer was a master of satire and was even a cartoonist with The Tribune.
He even set up a training school and called his studio the Joke Factory.
