21 killed in Karachi plane crash

Islamabad: At least 21 people, most of them employees of a foreign oil company, were killed on Friday when a small plane crashed near Karachi airport in southern Pakistan.

The aircraft of private airliner JS Air had taken off from Karachi airport for an oil field at Bhit Shah when it crashed a few minutes later.

The plane was chartered by a private Italian company to carry its employees working at the oil field, Aaj TV reported.
