This was revealed today in a special court trying the26/11 terror strike cases through CDs containing recordedtelephonic conversation between the terrorist inside NarimanHouse, a Jewish shelter in south Mumbai, and the IsraeliAmbassador intercepted by Mumbai Police.

Pak court declares Kasab, 13 others 'absconders'

Without naming Kasab, the lone Pakistani gunman capturedalive, terrorist Babar Imran told the Ambassador "Usko chhoddo warna hum sab rumali ko mar denge (Release him or we willkill all hostages)".

The Ambassador, who was talking to the terrorist throughan interpreter asked Imran, "What is your friend's (Kasab)name?" To this, Imran replied "Aap Ko Pata Hai Aur Police KoPata Hai (you are aware and so is the police)."

26/11 attackers had left notes saying 'this is pointer to war'

It is the case of police that terrorists were keptinformed about the happenings in Mumbai by theirPakistan-based handlers who were watching the operations ontelevision.

Imran had the knowledge that Kasab was captured by policeand he tried to negotiate his release through the IsraeliAmbassador.
