The Aam Aadmi Party, which is trying to build an election plank by ‘exposing’ Narendra Modi’s much publicized ‘Gujarat model of development’, will soon upload videos to show the world the BJP PM nominee’s ‘poor Gujarat’.
According to a report in Times of India, AAP will “… release video footage including farmers' testimonials, documents and other details on its website to focus on the poor state of health and education facilities and violation of environment and land acquisition norms in the state.”
The fledgling party, that took the Indian political spectrum by storm in the last Delhi assembly elections but got its government dismissed to allegedly focus on the Lok Sabha polls, wants to ‘completely expose’ Modi’s claims. The report says that the AAP workers, who travelled through the 26 districts of Gujarat earlier this month, had shot videos.
TOI quoted AAP leader Dilip Pandey as saying, “We plan to upload raw footage that completely exposes Modi's claims of development whether it is environment violation that have destroyed the lives of people in Ankeleshwar region or poor farmers being cheated of their land in Versana village.”
