A look at OpenPeak's OpenTablet 7, an Apple iPad competitor



Arriving in late 2010, the OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 device has a 7-inch TFT LCD capacitive multi-touch screen, a system-on-chip (SoC) 1GHz Intel Atom (the latest Moorestown) processor, dual cameras, USB 2.0 and microSD slot expansion, HDMI output, HD camera, Bluetooth 2.1, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet, 3G, built-in speakers, and weighs approximately 520 grams, with a thickness of 0.59 inches. It will also come with a docking station charger. The device operates on a customized MeeGo OS, and is also capable of 720p video recording, and 1080p video playback, and also supports Flash.
