Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur (36), who has been arrested in connection with Malegaon and Modasa blasts, was known for her aggression as a young girl. She was known as a ‘girl with boyish looks.’
From her college days, Pragya has showed passion for motorcycles which, in fact, proved costly for her, as the vehicle used in the Malegaon blasts was registered in her name and this led to her arrest.
Her classmates recall her as a straight-forward person who always stood for national and Hindutva issues. `There is nothing wrong in fighting injustice,` her father Chandrapal Singh Thakur, who is an ayurved practitioner, says.
