Army parades signs of change at OTA

The passing out parade at the Officers Training Academy in Chennai is a twice-a-year ritual.

But the passing out of 157 gentlemen cadets and 70 lady cadets on Saturday, September 18, was different since it paraded the signs of changes happening in the Army - the most significant being that for the first time in the history of the OTA, a lady cadet commanded the parade.
