BMW driven by Delhi student kills 1

New Delhi: In another BMW road rage, a 39-year-old died after a medical student driving the luxury car hit his Maruti Eco van in the wee hours of Tuesday at Tilak Nagar area, police said.

Media reports said the BMW driven by one Ayush Arora, who is identified as an MBBS student in Maulana Azad Medical College, was briefly arrested after he hit the Maruti van driven by the victim, identified as Mohammad Rafiq.

The victim is a resident of Fazalpur village.

Reports said the victim was thrown out of the van and the vehicle caught fire under the impact of the head-on collision.

Ayush was booked for rash driving.
