Former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who was forced to borrow millions from his former wife Anne Sinclair to pay his legal fees, is currently holidaying at a five-star resort in Mauritius with new girlfriend Myriam Aouffir.
According to the Daily Mail, the 63-year-old economist is relaxing at the lavish Le Prince Maurice resort with Aouffir, a high-flying French television publicist.
Rooms at the resort, which bills itself as a "totally indulgent tropical hideaway" for couples looking for a "romantic and secluded getaway," start at 926-dollar-a-night and go up to over 2,000-dollar-a-night, the New York Post reported.
Strauss-Kahn and Aouffir - who is 21 years his junior - got together last year and have been spotted jetting around the world despite the former politician's claims at money woes.
They were spotted in Venice last month, travelling the city's canal on a plush speedboat. The couple have also been seen in Corsica and Jerusalem. (ANI)
