A Delhi Court today reserved the order on a complaint against lawyer and India Against Corruption (IAC) member Prashant Bhushan for an allegedly seditious speech on Kashmir.
The court, which was hearing a private complaint filed by a law student Vibhor Anand, reserved the order for November 8.
Anand has sought directions to register a case of sedition against Prashant Bhushan for his remarks on Kashmir made on September 26 last year.
It may be recalled here that Prashant Bhushan was beaten up by some youths in his Supreme Court lawyers' in October last year, as they were upset with his stand on Jammu and Kashmir.
Bhushan reportedly supported a plebiscite for Kashmir and said that if the result comes in favour of separation, it should be honoured. (ANI)
