After he got embroiled in controversy over allegedly calling a Madras High Court judge for favour, Telecom Minister A Raja has been at the receiving end. While his cabinet colleagues from the state Dayanidhi Maran and M K Azhagiri cold-shouldered him, DMK party supremo M Karunanidhi reportedly pulled him up for the misadventure.
Amidst all this drama, a woman MP had reportedly advised Raja to appoint a professional PR agency for face-saving exercise. Raja readily accepted the suggestion and has appointed a PR agency. Will the PR power help in rebuildng Raja's sullied image? Only time will tell.
