New Delhi, Feb 18 (IANS) Delhi saw a chilly Monday with clear skies. The chill will persist for a few days but there will not be any rain, a Met official said.
The minimum temperature dipped to one notch below average at 9.4 degrees Celsius Monday. Chilly winds swept across the capital.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 20.7 degrees Celsius, three notches below what is an average for this time of the season.
"There will be mist Tuesday morning but the sky will be clear later," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 22 and nine degrees Celsius Tuesday.
